“Where Quality Counts” Our Purpose: To become a service link and level of care in an integrated service system is a primary goal of "For Your Consciousness Outreach Ministry." The food pantry is open twice a week on Thursdays from 5:00-8:00 pm, and Friday from 11:00 am - 2:00 pm, to serve hungry families at large. Our food suppliers are USDA, FEMA, Southern Baptist Church, Order of Eastern Stars, Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority, Inc., The Greater Chicago Food Suppository, Department of Human Services, Rev. Felders and New Faith Baptist Church, Kraft Foods, Hay Market Center, Lenora's Kitchen, LFA Church, Attorney Arthur and Janet Sutton. Our Food Pantry Program is provided where people want to be in a caring, safe and loving environment. The Food Pantry staff is available to handle problems and provide the best of care.
